Full-Site SEO & Performance Overhaul for Sustained
Sustained's website had significant performance and SEO issues across 113 pages — slow load times, missing meta data, broken mobile experience, and a GTmetrix grade of B. We ran a comprehensive audit, fixed the critical issues, and delivered measurable improvements across every metric in 5 working days.
Challenge
The site had 427 recommendations across 113 pages: 121 pages with on-page SEO problems (missing titles, descriptions, keywords), 163 pages with performance issues (9.7s load time, 51% PageSpeed score), 119 pages with UX problems, a missing mobile menu, a broken footer design, and crawling/indexing issues on 14 pages preventing Google from reading the site properly.
Solution
We prioritised the highest-impact fixes first — mobile menu, performance bottlenecks, and on-page SEO. Fixed meta titles and descriptions across affected pages, optimised images and code to reduce load times, resolved duplicate title tags, added alt text to all images, fixed the footer layout, built a functional mobile menu, cleaned up redirects, and improved crawlability with proper sitemaps. All within 5 working days.
Results
PageSpeed Desktop went from 51 to 96 (45% increase). Page load time dropped from 9.7s to 2.5s (74% reduction). GTmetrix improved from Grade B (86%/83%) to Grade A (96%/95%). LCP improved from 1.3s to 923ms, TBT from 134ms to 26ms. Mobile PageSpeed went from 52 to 72. HubSpot recommendations reduced from 427 to 118. All missing image alt text implemented. All duplicate title tags eliminated.
